Doing all you can
Yet a sharp pain
Uneasiness and emptiness
I rather not acknowledge
Exceeding my expectations
No happiness within
With pride, I hold my head
Unsure and confused
I am on my best behaviour
Growing and improving
Each day unlike before
Still lost at times
Uncertainty creeps in
For no reason at all
Makes me question
What I know for a fact
A feeling so unsettling
I know not what to
Make of it
