Not so much for mental health
One intense emotion becomes another
Rage turns to passion
The paradox of the tough journey
I wouldn’t be who I am if not
For this journey but along with the good
Am I accumulating the bad too?
Raged passion is stronger
But is it really worth it
I wouldn’t be myself anymore
If I gave in to my rage
Anguish and dissatisfaction
I was better off without them
It brings out the best of my words
But also the worst in me
I will walk the path
Take it with a pinch of salt
Something exterior cannot alter
What is within, I Stand in between…
